Supporting the HR Team about the implementation of all the HR activities (company culture, training, employee engagement, recruitment, reference check, new graduation program, face-to-face/phone interviews, searching candidates on the career portals) Reviewing applications via the Greenhouse ATS tool Preparing job descriptions Supporting the team about business analysis Organizing evaluation meetings with the employees Organizing the orientation program, preparing new employee announcements

Carrying out data entries to the HR System (entry and exit process) Preparing employee contract and managing contract process Carrying out benefit process Private health insurance, life insurance, leave process) Preparing visa documents Supporting the team about payment and budget process Supporting the HR Team about MT process Making phone interviews Annual leave entries to the HR System Making reference checks
