Strong contribution in the implementation and coordination of several Events aimed at the development of the airport: being Derry the UK City of Culture 2013 it was possible to combine and manage various events and cultural, tourism, informational and entertainment activities that allowed the airport to gain visibility and strengthen its presence in the territory.

Check in passengers, their baggage and their vehicles; Ensure safety rules and border regulations (on visas and baggage) are followed; Help prepare flights; Meet aircraft and make sure all passengers disembark; Assist passengers with special requirements or lost baggage.

Direct contact with customers; Handle and resolve customer complaints; Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

I took part in international training conferences in the field of Human Resources, Marketing and Leadership. I had the opportunity to improve my skills at the international level through the activities of human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment and selection, employee relations and training. A few other significant factors of my experiences were the role of Event Planner as well as marketing, international communication and public relations activities.
