• coordinating and supervising financial close process from regional perspective • supervising preparation of various schedules (including PPE, Equity, Stat, Special charges, IIS, Goodwill and intangibles) for various regions • reporting processes standardization and optimization (process enhancement, VBA, RPA)

• supervising reports creation and reconciliation for internal stakeholders across EMEA, covering financial and operational areas of business • supervising reporting tools creation and enhancements leading to more effective usage of system tools combined with risk of error minimization • participation in various dashboards creation process - tools maintenance, reconciliations, model validation, process documenting

• being representative of Financial Department in various Project Teams (core system change, new products development, electronic payments implementation, financial processes design and documenting and other) • standard duties included: o requirements gathering and documentation o process design and documenting o cooperation with business and system analysts o test cases creation and testing o required manuals and procedures preparation and approval processing

• implementation of Financial Control Framework regarding core company processes • substantial supervision and the booking processes correctness control in General Ledger • supervising booking in supplementary IFRS ledgers to meet the IFRS and Group reporting requirements • preparation of management information for the Management Board and the shareholders

• supervising reports creation and analysis regarding current operational activities • supervising analytical costs record and ABC reporting, cost control • cooperation with auditor in area of Statutory and Group financial statement preparation • supervising end of period closing processes
