HR Business Partner working within the Global HR Team. Reporting directly to the HR Director of Europe, I am responsible for partnering with managers within my jurisdictions as well as driving local and global HR initiatives to ensure business objectives are met.

Working within the larger HR team, I supported our Retail and Head office managers on all aspects of Employee Relations including Investigations, Grievances, Disciplinary procedures, Performance management and re-organisation.

As HR executive I worked with the General Managers of each hotel to support them in achieving the company strategy. I was responsible for all areas of HR including, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training, Reward & Health & safety.
