• Supervision GL ASG accounting (11 FTE) monthly/annual closing, statutory audit, cash management • Streamlined revenue recognition, IC billing, reconciliation statutory/ US Gaap audited reports, outsourcing process

• Successfully supported the growth of the business in Europe in monitoring cash, AR, capex of 10 new dialysis centers • Interim GM Europe (6 mths) during transition with Fresenius group • Financial consolidation and reporting US GAAP (5yr plan, budget, treasury forecast) to HQ

• Consolidation of financial (UK Gaap) and KPIs for 6 legal entities across 3 countries , accounting of holding Cie • Financial analysis to group controller during relocation and restructuring of manufacturing plant
