I lead AI strategy and enablement at RWE Offshore Wind, focusing on turning AI from experimentation into scalable, value-driven adoption across the energy and offshore wind sector. My work spans AI roadmap definition, governance, value measurement, and organizational enablement in close collaboration with business leaders, IT/OT, and Group Data & AI programs.

To define and execute best practice in web competence and customer experience. To actively shape and lead in the development of Customer Experience serving with my expertise and deliverables from country business. To facilitate implementation and support the shaping of new processes or adaptation of new Business models to optimize customer experience tasks. To identify opportunities to broaden and strengthen digital Transformation, greater multichannel effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing online, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, Web analytics, e-mail marketing and search engine optimization, among others.

An academic degree for business management supported by Metro Group.

With this degree i have developed skills&expertise in regression analysis,forecasting,financial market analysis to harness a competitive advantage in business. I’ve learned how to design&implement applied econometric projects, to communicate the results to audiences.
