Leading the Purchasing Department in Triesen, Liechtenstein as Head of Local Procurement and since October 2014 also the Purchasing team in Maennedorf Switzerland as Head of Purchasing.

Leading the operational procurement team at the site in Balzers, Liechtenstein. The portfolio included a very interesting mix of high tech materials for applications in industries such as microelectronics, optics and photovoltaic.

Heading the indirect procurement teams for the sites in Buchs, Switzerland and Steinheim, Germany. The responsibility stretched from the Packaging supplies for production and logistics to CAPEX projects, including strategic and operational tasks.

Purchasing fine chemicals and growth media mainly in China, India and North America. Securing the steady supply for base products as well as the purchasing of customer specific and project related products. Deep involvement in continuous improvement by driving own projects according to the PDSA cycle and taking responsibility for CIP in procurement.
