I am now helping to define the long term strategy for the company, and I also advise and supervise the Management Board in its performance of business management duties. I am still involved in the mentoring of Project Directors to ensure excellence in the delivery of our key projects moving forward.

Here at e-point we are particularly interested in further developing our current expertise in omnichannel e-commerce solutions, which is highlighted by our current involvement in a number of key projects where we have been developing pan-European e-commerce solutions and omnichannel platforms for financials. Therefore the recent acquisition of hybris by SAP created the perfect conditions for building closer collaboration with SAP.

Co-led the development of the award winning project delivered to Inter Cars S.A.. This was the largest SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud project developed in Europe in 2017, and won Gold in the Quality Awards for Innovation in the SAP hybris Commerce category in CEE.

I manage teams of professional Project Managers and System Architects and Testers, where my role is to optimise the business environment to ensure the success of all IT projects in e-point SA. One of my responsibilities is to control (from the Steering Committee's point of view) the main projects in e-point SA another one is leading the biggest projects of the company as the PMP Project Manger.

As Project Director, I was responsible for enabling Komfort to significantly grow its omnichannel e-commerce business based on SAP Hybris Commerce technology.

The aleo.com system was launched in September 2013. It was the very first time such an innovative solution was delivered within the ING Group. The project is a long time venture, where we have been using various project management approaches to deliver a new IT process, starting with classical waterfall, waterfall with iterations, prototyping, through to more agile methods like SCRUM + KANBAN.

The Amway Online Global Web Light Project (AO GWL) was one of the most demanding projects in my PM career, not only because of its sheer size (system for 30 countries, a 28 month long project, 60 people from e-point, 45 000 e-point working hours used), but also because of the challenge of operating in a truly international project environment.

Areas of my responsibility it the Project: 1) defining the scope with the client 2) preparing and maintaining the project schedule 3) project monitoring throughout project life-cycle 4) coordination of the change control process 5) project procurement 6) risk management 7) maintaining project communication channels for several teams scattered around Europe, North America and Australia).

Areas of responsibility: 1) system scope, 2) project timeline, 3) project budget, 4) change management, 6) work coordination for 5 different teams located in 6 countries (Poland, Germany, UK, Spain, Italy, Ukraine).

I was responsible for Project Management of the software team, where my main objectives was to create the software for our clients within the agreed timescales and budget. I managed 23 projects during that time. The most interesting one was focused on the creation of a new CMS for BGŻ Bank – the solution was among the most advanced in Poland at that time, and was awarded the title of best "Polish Banking Portal" by Home&Market.
