Responsible for Sales of Engineering Services, Consulting and Components for the Badische Stahl (Steel) Engineering in North America, BSE. BSE is a global and leading technology partner for recycling steel made in Electric Arc Furnace operations. It is a subsidiary of the Badische Stahlwerke (BSW). and headquartered together with a large steel production site in Kehl/Germany. The Badische Group also operates facilities and production sites in Germany and central Europe.

New business development in BU of Dispersions & Pigments for Construction, Fiber Bonding and Architectural Coatings. Also, regional lead for fiber composites with Acrodur(R) binders for automotive applications. Responsible for market development and initiation of technical developments with key customers. Innovation management, strategic responsibility with commercial and technical teams to support swift and proper decision-making for growth realization and customer satisfaction.

New Business Development of light weight composites in automotive, mass transit, construction and RV applications. Created strategy for significant long-term business growth and immediate “quick wins”. Installed pilot production line with full R&D service capabilities for automotive fiber-reinforced composites in Detroit and secured 10+ opportunities for automotive projects. Secured quick wins in construction, furniture and commodity business.
