Part of my work scope is to understand all aspects of branding, balancing team leadership, strategic thinking, client management and creativity. Effectively present strategy materials and establish client relationships and relationships with other team members across offices and disciplines, leading a Business Development Unit, managing an 18 people team. Responsibilities include: • Managing client consulting engagements, including managing client relationships and leading project teams.

First, as a Manager at Disney Consumer Products established creative directions for products developments that increased commission sales .Design and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and sales programs, managing 12 people within the region (Central America, Pto. Rico, Colombia and Venezuela). Evaluated ways to streamline costs on marketing strategies. Then, with a promotion as Sr Manager, new responsibilities came along: designed, and allocated funds for production and development.
