I am head of our desktop applications development team and have full product responsibility for the planning system "Vi Plan" - our main product.

Projects: (1) Coarse-grained protein motion prediction using Elastic Network Models (ENMs) and Machine Learning: Predicting changes in the underlying model of ENMs to accurately predict localized, uncorrelated functional transitions, yet uncaptured by ENMs (2) Protein motion simulation using mechanical engineering and robotics motion planning (3) RBO Aleph - a webserver for protein contact and structure prediction (4) Protein structure prediction guided by spatial information from recurring building blocks

I managed (3-persons lead) the catering and backstage team (around 30 helpers) during an open-air music festival in south-east germany. This 3-day open air takes place every year and attracts over 9.000 visitors. Our team catered for more than 600 helping hands at the festival and around 200 band members. I was the contact person in charge for all bands of the main stage throughout the festival.

Built and established the 3D-Laboratory as project lab for Rapid Prototyping and Digitalization of 3d objects. Projects in the fields of Medical Surgery Planning, Architecture, Archeology, and Art.

Organized and managed a music festival in south-east germany in a team of 4-6 head organizers over 3 years. The 3-day open-air takes place every year and attracts over 7.000 visitors.

Developed further extensions of Diploma project.

Developed algorithms to speed up real-time collision detection for 3D objects using hierarchical data structures (C++).

For my thesis I developed complex algorithms to modify 3d mesh-objects using Boolean Operations and a flexible GUI to interactively create 3d objects as part of rapix3d, a Rapid Prototyping Software developed at the FORWISS research institute.
