• Managed up to 120 people (soldiers and civilians) who were responsible for maintenance of French army electronics and telecommunication equipments • Trained soldiers in repairing various types of military equipment in France and abroad: 25% were deployed abroad, of which about 10% were in high pressure environments such as Afghanistan • Supervised and supported more than 80 regiments under the aegis of the French Defense Industry and the French maintenance headquarters in Paris

• Improved Customer Relationship Management and Regiment Operational Capability • Created and developed a new workshop for repairing air-conditioning systems in accordance with legal requirements • Supervised non-operational issues such as security commission, equipment and infrastructure plans • Led a maintenance unit in the largest NATO military exercise in Capo-Verde • Organized and implemented logistical support and managed human capital • Presented written and oral maintenance reports

• Managed a 30 person maintenance unit team in support of French army telecommunication systems • Supervised HR functions, including conducting exams, grading, interviews and promotions to higher rank • Implemented a new computer-based tool over a four month period to improve French army maintenance operations
