Operate sales contest of 20 team members using Salesforce, resulting in 50% reduction time in the calculation of Closed Won Sales & productivity and team motivation. Completed database including 3 Excel reports and 15 CRM reassignment lists without mistake ahead of time.

Lietuvos Caritas is an organization from Lithuania. It aims to reduce poverty, social exclusion and to serve in the spirit of Jesus Christ for the most vulnerable members of the society. Apart from teaching once a week, I also created 3 events in total concerning Chinese-Lithuania Cuisine Night, Language Exchange and Chinese Craftsmanship with more than 10 participants.

- Acquired 3 major trade agencies and 1 media agency generating an increase of $170,000 in total annual revenue within 6 months. - Established a customer-oriented personalized approach to the proper usage of the product, decreased return rate by 30 percent. Social media promotion (Wechat, Weibo, Youku, Baidu) increased 80% hit rate. Created lottery in the exhibition which attracted a full 70% increase of visitors and received 150+ contacts.

Aiming to establish the biggest recreation center in Honiara, I assisted 2 main shareholders of COSCO for the Urban Renewal Project. We successfully persuaded the local mayor, Mr. Alfrence Fatai to agree on the initial draft with the value up to 10 -15 million.

- Cold calling. Expanded business development to include deposits and loans, which increased loan business by 25%. Built up long term cooperation with 10 first grade and 15 second grade agencies. - Managed a team of 5+ new interns for training while increasing efficiency in the department. Assisted in intern recruitment and office administration.

Organized a fundraising startup pitch together with 5 organizers concerning mobile application innovation and Online-to-Offline commerce analysis which added up 10,000 participants with 14 days of preparation. Managed promotions and publicity campaigns and arose over 50 sponsors’ attraction.
