Dexter Magnetic Technologies is expanding into Europe! We are the world’s foremost designer/manufacturer of custom magnet assemblies and highly engineered magnets. We are the engineering leader capable of transforming a concept or challenge through to a manufactured assembly or highly engineered magnets better and faster. I am responsible for recruiting top talent into our new location in Freiburg, Germany.

This position is held concurrent with the Manager of Human Resources position for KOMET of America, Inc. Working with the President of KOMET of Canada Tooling Solutions, provide recruitment, employee relations, benefit and compensation support to ensure the success of our Canadian subsidiary.

Balance a dual role of supporting management and company initiatives while being the liaison to employees in an effort to build and maintain a great work environment. Specific responsibilities include the management of: employee benefits, safety, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations and training.
