Hot Chestnut UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is developing a B2C direct marketing solution. My main current role is to prototype certain mobile phone app solutions (front and back-ends) using technologies such as Appery.io (an overlay of PhoneGap), MongoDB, JavaScript, cloud hosting etc.

Part of a major data centre consolidation programme, re-provisioning a large number of network services.

• Took over the lead in delivering Telepresence (advanced video conferencing) to the company’s offices worldwide. Currently the programme has a value of €3m. • Established a common approach for each project in the programme, insisting suppliers and other participants followed key best practices. • After discussion with suppliers I have initiated cost-reduction measures for the projects which should result in savings and improved value. • Contributing to other projects and initiatives

Project Management role within a project office, contributing to a massive outsourcing initiative for their internal client, Siemens AG worldwide. • By applying best practices, and being persuasive and assertive, I helped projects pass critical quality gates. • Manager of a sub-programme’s risk, change and claim processes. • Using MS Excel and PowerPoint reported progress of projects within the sub-programme. • Analysed and streamlined the regular project reporting process.

Interim IT Manager responsible for the provision of all voice and data services to this investment management consultancy’s offices in the EMEA region (UK, Luxembourg and South Africa). • Project manager for the IT (voice and data) relocation of the London headquarters into a new building. The project was delivered on-time and within a very limited budget. As a result of this project I received a directors’ award. • Established simple but effective incident, change and event management processes
