Achievements/Tasks: • Responsible for the Analytical and Instrumentation LSTK projects from KOM till successful handover and project close out; Reviewing the ITB/Scope of work,Customer Project Contractual,Technical,Product specification and standard requirement. • Prepare the detailed engineering package (DEP) for LSTK projects related Analyzers/Field Instruments & site verification and coordination with client for DEP approval in order to proceed with procurement/manufacturing/site activities.

Achievements/Tasks: • Responsible for developing and commissioning of SCADA for analyzer; To establish a communication between analyzer and SCADA through Modbus; Coordinate with vendor/contractor for installation and interfacing of SCADA & Modbus; Design of SCADA screen as per the client requirements. • Design of communication scheme for analyzer system over Modbus serial, RS-232, RS-485 & RS-422 and Modbus TCP/IP & FO as per customer requirement.

Achievements/Tasks: • Responsible for programming of PLC’s (Allen Bradley & GE fanuc) by using RS logix500 & Versapro; Perform the PLC validation and prepare the necessary documents for same. • Developed the HMI programs using RSView software.

Achievements/Tasks: • Experience in Smart transmitter configuration and calibration like Yokogawa, Rosemount and Honeywell. • Responsible for loop checking, trouble shooting and commissioning of all types of the transmitters (PT,TT,LT & FT). • Prepare the instrument hook-up drawing and installation of transmitters according to the hook-up drawing and P&ID. • Preparation of Instrument data sheet,JB schedule,Cable schedule,Instrument loop diagram(ILD) etc for different transmitters.
