I am responsible for the Inside Sales and Account Management Teams within Leaseweb Germany. - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing and motivating the sales team - Managing recruiting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Present sales & revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Backup for the Team Manager Client Service Delivery and Level 1. Help, coach and collaborate with colleagues to improve their skills in order to create excellent performing team to achive client satisfaction. Monitor and oversee capacity management and allocation, sales order workflows, customer implementation, Level 1 support. Plan and coordinate projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the teams. Provide input for Finance and Operations (i.e. Capacity Management).

The role of the SAP Implementation Coordinator was to connect and coordinate various departments and all involved parties within the global organization for the implementation of the SAP ERP System and SAP C4C, in Frankfurt. I was the main contact as the centralized "go-to-place" for questions and inquiries during the project, representing LeaseWeb Deutschland in order to make the Implementation of the SAP system a successful launch and ensure transparency and accurate status overview of the components.
