Led, managed and executed all aspects of bid management for The Partnership’s North American (Government) and Caribbean markets. Ensured innovative and market- leading bids were produced through effective liaisons across the Partnership’s business with the creative team, bid writers, managers, and bid-coordinators.

Researched, developed and led new business development for vendors [3PLs] offering Hauling, Freight, and Trucking services with the U.S. Government as their end customers. This included third-party logistics trend analysis/forecasting; price calculations and statistics; bidding and contract preparation; and overseeing project quality assurance and quality control, and daily supervision and monitoring of the supply chain and close cooperation with Gov’t Contract Officers.

Engaged by Jamaica’s largest retail organization to fulfil a pivotal leadership mandate to manage all duties associated to the managing of inventory valuing upwards of $90M JMD at cost for all five (5) retail locations and Warehouse island-wide. This included implementation of all import and internal- transfer operations; freight calculations and statistics; sourcing and evaluation of International Suppliers.
