Developement of the German Market for Hemopharm/Eratis products.

Responsible for developing & managing dealers and direct accounts in Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela. Customer Service and Sales Support for all the dealers and direct customers in our Region, which includes the Caribbean, Australia, Mexico and Canada besides Central & South America. Provide quarterly forecast of sales for the region. Help all customers with quality problems and replacements they might need. Organization and participation of trade shows (i.e. Hospitalar), dealers and sales meetings.
