• Saved $5 Million in possible fines by identifying need for and leading project to develop and implement divestment process to ensure US Employment Law compliance • Supported 10 Regional Managers for the management of 1,000 hourly gas station employees. Support included: coaching on discipline and terminations, training on company benefits, assistance in annual performance evaluations and pay determination and leading investigations.
