HRBP in the global HQ of the business unit Nutritional Products. Partnering with global managers (SVP, VP) in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Regulatory & Quality, Manufacturing & Technology, Finance, SHE and Personal Care (commercial organization) and responsible for appr. 450 employees across afore mentioned business units.

HR Partner in the international HQ of Biogen, responsible for senior managers and employees in the Corporate Functions Finance, HR, Public Relations, Legal & Compliance

HR Generalist partnering with the business to set-up a new business hub / legal entity in Switzerland in- cluding hiring, integrating and onboarding of appr. 90 new employees

Manage a talent acquisition team responsible for all hires (temporary, permanent) for the CFO area in Switzerland 

Project Manager leading / supporting national and international projects within HR  Global HR Transformation project: member of the process workstream to harmonize and optimize HR processes globally (collect Voice of the Customer, gather and analyze data, prepare and conduct workshops in different locations, implement new & harmonized processes etc.)  Manage HR projects: e.g. improve and streamline on-boarding process for Switzerland, harmonize International Local Hires & Transfer process in Switzerland

Support the Head of HR Shared Services & Operations Credit Suisse Switzerland in various tasks, first as a team member, later as team lead  Create concepts, presentations and analysis for the department Head  Control and supervise budget of sub-department  Manage projects (e.g. creation and implementation of a product cost calculation)  Manage the team and perform annual HR processes (salary & bonus review, performance review, promotions etc.)
