I lead complex projects with signifficant IT component. I have to make business case and project charter, obtain approval, select project team within matrix organization, perform business analysis and create business specification, perform IT analysis and create IT specification,, supervize IT development, organize tests, document test results, organize handoverof delivery from IT to business, assure IT support during stabilization period, close the project in structured manner

Project manager, leading up to three projects at a time. Besides I was responsible for sales and recruiting. Some of the projects I delivered were: e-police - enabling police officers to use core business application on mobile platforms Dvelopment of core business application for lawyers Implementation of core business software in UNIQA insurance (as evternal project leader in Croatia, and as project manager assistant in Serbian and Montenegiro).
