As a result of which, we acquired clients like Nokia and HP for the newly established domain. Created strategies to move projects forward, setting goals, creating and implementing action plans and evaluate the processes and results.

Developed systems, policies and procedures for comprehensive systems delivery and business support mechanism. Also provided generic and specific support for the development of business cases, project plans, project review and audit reports. Negotiated with the client on cost requirements and prepared a proposal document containing the system requirement specification. Worked with the sales team and presented them all the important details of our intrinsic product development capabilities.
