Via Physio is revolutionizing physiotherapy in Germany by combining excellence in physiotherapy and a modern practice organization. I enhanced the brand’s digital presence and boosted community engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn. Managing social media channels, content, and campaigns from start to finish, my work included creating and producing assets for posts, planning, and publishing both organic and paid content.

Centauro is the largest multi-brand sporting goods retailer in Latin America and part of Grupo SBF, a sports ecosystem including Fisia (Nike’s official distributor in Brazil), FitDance, NWB, OneFan, and X3M. I led a team of two analysts and developed key fitness and running category personas, creating activation and communication plans that boosted engagement across digital and physical channels. I also redesigned the product launch process, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction and streamlining operations.

In this role, I led a team of seven, including one specialist, four analysts, one assistant, and one intern. I managed 13 seasonal campaigns from concept to execution across physical and digital channels through creative projects, PR, and influencer partnerships, earning the Warner Bros. Award for Retail Execution. Responsible for Centauro’s social media presence, I achieved a 300% increase in the brand’s follower base on Instagram.

As part of the Marketing Projects team, I designed and implemented the Centauro Ambassadors program, recruiting over 40 personal trainers to be the face of our brand. I also conducted a sustainability diagnosis of the company, setting the grounds for the creation of the ESG department.

I worked as an M&A and Capital Markets consultant lawyer in structuring mergers and acquisitions and financing operations, and investment funds.
