Lei Pi

I am responsible for the sales and business development of the company in the European region and abroad.

I was mainly responsible for coordinating collaboration projects in the audiovisual department. My daily task includes communicating with external partners, the internal legal department, the R&D labs, and other relevant business units to set up collaboration projects, monitoring ongoing collaboration projects, and maintaining important business and academic partnerships.

I worked as a Research Fellow contributing to EU funded research project under European Marie Curie Research Fellowship Program and my research interests are in the knowledge absorptive capacity of entrepreneurial firms, marketing strategy for technology-based firms, organizational transformation and innovation strategy. I also participate in teaching activities on Management of Technology-Based Company, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management, etc.

To organize and chair the academic conference

Research and development work on the components around the CNC control systems; Technology communication between the control system providers and internal R&D department; Liaising between system providers, internal R&D department, and technical service department, providing technical supports on the CNC control systems
