• Product supply, with a special focus on high turnover articles. • Strategic positioning of high-margin products in high-traffic areas of the store/warehouse. • Sales management and execution. • Merchandise and inventory control, mostly avoiding stock-outs in the store/warehouse. • Replenishment incident resolution (constant communication with the logistics department). • Warehouse organization and maintenance.

• Management of the purchasing process: planning and review of orders, in addition to placing orders and managing possible delays. • Coordinate the collection of material with suppliers and freight forwarders. • Coordinate material deliveries with warehouse according to availability. • Ensure compliance with product delivery dates in accordance with the negotiated conditions. • Perform reporting of supplier supply and capabilities. • Analyze supplier performance leading an action plan established.
