I run 2 units - the Product Propositions unit is responsible for the generation of new value propositions for our data, leading to development of new products and services; and the Pricing and Licensing unit, responsible for the management of OS contracts

Responisble for the lifecycle management of the flagship products of the Ordnance Survey, including OS MasterMap and Land-Line

I set up this company from scratch. JMAPS provides mapping and information analysis services for the Broadcast Industry. Within 12 months we secured contracts with BBC, ITV, Channel 4. FIve, BSkyB and Freeview.

This position was created for me, in which I established a new portfolio of engineering and related services for JFMG. I was bid manager, for a successful contract with the Radiocommunications Agency (now OFCOM) and in this role I also set up the sister company, JMAPS

Responsible for project management of key modules of an overall programme to implement an e-commerce infrastructure fior the company

I managed 2 teams of customer service professionals providing customer service for all internal customers of the organisation. I also was responsible for the management and maintenance of the organisation's customer and product database and for the implementation of the annual pricing and renewals programme

Worked in all main offices of global publishing house (Oxford, Cambridge, Amsterdam and New York) in all key areas of publishing - namely editorial, magazines, marketing, production and fulfilment and distribution
