I define my specialties as a Senior VoIP Atchitect in the way of consultancy and technical design/integration and migration of UCaaS/Collaboration Solutions, Contact Center (interaction Center) and Multimedia Applications to the cloud. The day-to-day challenge in my role is to design solutions and to solve interconnecting legacy PBX platforms, applications to RingCentral’s cloud architecture. This would include native SIP trunking, direct connectivity, or gateway solutions utilizing legacy TDM interfaces.

Within the master of craftsmen I deliver theoretical training session to students for the ICT sector. The sessions include the following topics networking principals, TCP/IP, SIP & H.323 (Codecs, Protocol Details), QoS for Voice and Video, Unified Collaboration and Multimedia, Network Security.

I define my specialties as a senior technical consultant in the way of consultancy and technical advice/design of Unified Communications/Collaboration Solutions, Contact Center (interaction Center) and Multimedia Applications. My main responsibilities are responsible for the technical delivery of the platform, define large-scale unified communication solutions, help the different specialists within the projects and to share my acquired knowledge with the team

My role as technical lead is to define the technical aspects for a the whole communication core, the contact centre and UC infrastructure of an Avaya Aura based communication infrastructure. Currently I am working closed together with Avaya Germany for several projects that need the experience and the technical skills I can provide.
