At CILAM, Yoplait, Candia & Réa franchisee in the Reunion Island (milk, dairy products, ice cream, cheese, fruit juice). - Recipe improvement on dairy products such as chocolate mousse and chocolate cream under the Yoplait brand name, overhaul of taste and texture, product formulation - Production supervision, large scale test of new formulations. - Process study and overhaul on high-speed automated lines for dairy products. - Internal sensory analysis tests and statistical data analysis.

At Capitaine Houat, specialized in seafood products. - New product development from scratch in relation with the marketing team. - Working with packaging professionals to design new PET thermoformed trays. - Expiry date validation in relation with analysis laboratory. - Process overhaul, study on optimisation of the fish-filleting process. - Internal sensory analysis and data statistical analysis
