 Authorized Release Signatory (Certifying staff) of CAAS Part 21 activities.  Perform First Article Inspection.  Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.  Responsible for releasing COC.  Conduct internal audit, documentation for ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100.

 Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.  Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.  Review job orders to determine work priorities.  Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.  Supervises semi-skilled non-exempt employees (i.e. Technicians, operators).

 Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, machine efficiency and materials supply.  Recommend and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production activities.  Prepare schedules and arrange manpower requirements for assigned areas.  Requisition raw materials, tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.

 Prepare and send production daily report and Manufacturing Dashboard to all relevant departments including the General Manager.  Monitor daily production progress through daily production meeting and resolve issues that are causing delay on the production schedule.  Coordination with other departments (Program Management, Engineering, QA, Materials Planning, Process Planning, Purchasing and Materials Resource).

 Plan and allocate machine and manpower set-up to meet daily targets.  Brief production operators on the common understanding of company, department and section updates and performance.  Co-ordinate with QA and PM in investigating and resolving customer claims.

 Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.  Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.  Determine inspection priorities for assignments to lower coded inspectors.  Setup and use measuring equipment including calipers, gauges profile projector, etc.,  Analyze and evaluate actual dimensions and functional test results to verify conformance with established specifications and standards.

 Perform Incoming /In- process/Final inspections.  Responsible for generating Inspection report and report log.  Documentation for all reports as per quality control/assurance plan with client specifications.
