During my internship within the Strategic Planning Department, I actively collaborated with the agency on a digital advertising pitch for a detergent brand, which resulted in the successful acquisition of the advertising account. I used this experience as the basis of my thesis ‘Potential of social media to improve customer loyalty in the detergent industry’. During this internship I was able to develop my analysis and problem-solving skills.
