I was responsible for support of recruitment life-cycle from start to finish in Amsterdam, including screening CV's, assisting candidates, coordination of candidate's expenses, administration of recruiting events in Amsterdam. Besides that I worked as a floater in HR department helping other offices during their high picks: research support and interview scheduling for EP team, organizing Orientation Days in Copenhagen Office, and gathering feedback.

Processing incoming customer orders for hardware and services • Monitoring outbound activities in order to complete the purchase • Processing and posting of accounting documents • Creation and maintenance of master data, updating files • Daily contact with suppliers from different European countries • Training and guiding new employees
