I am the founder of Claxus Consulting. The Claxus Consulting Network is a select group of business professionals who know how to lead, communicate, and manage change. We work as coaches, trainers, consultants, and facilitators to help you build a culture where people can thrive.

I am co-founder of a Swiss company offering leadership, communication and change consulting. Highlights include executive development at a global insurance company; change leadership following reorganization at a fortune 500 manufacturing company; cross-cultural team development at a financial services firm. Claxus GmbH is now doing business as Claxus Management Consulting.

I worked with clients to improve the performance of people and projects for organizations in the DACH region. Highlights include cultural transformation and definition of project leadership best practices for a semiconductor manufacturer; project coach and sparring partner for global IT teams at a major Swiss bank; leadership development at an international not-for-profit organization.

SMG, Inc., founded by Wharton Business School faculty, was a leader in simulation-based experiential executive education (SMG was acquired by BTS in 2006). As Managing Director, I established the German branch office, developed tailored products and services, and facilitated programs for clients in Germany, Europe and EMEA.
