Multi-agent RAG architecture from PoC to production. Operating as combined product manager, business analyst, project manager, and delivery lead. Routing natural-language queries across siloed campaign artifacts to compress days of manual cross-referencing into minutes, breaking data silos and democratizing campaign intelligence.

Owned end-to-end delivery for two enterprise programs in media-tech and consulting. Shipped the MVP of a unified asset-review platform for a Fortune 100 technology company, where it became the internal editorial review standard. Delivered a cloud-based ML recommendation system integrated with kiosk and POS for a multinational QSR client, through one of the world's largest consulting firms. On-time milestones and follow-on engagements across the portfolio.

Owned technology and product strategy across DiRoots' Autodesk Revit and OpenBIM portfolio: DiRootsOne, ProSheets, and DiStellar. Shortlisted as one of 12 global "Rising Stars" at the 2022 London Construction Awards. Product Manager across all three products; first point of contact for 80+ bespoke solutions across full DiRoots tenure. Grew revenue +70% via custom software services. Products adopted by Jacobs, AECOM, Atkins, WSP, Motts MacDonald, Zaha Hadid Architects, and Equans.

Built the engineering organization from 7 to 35 people in 2.5 years and shipped DiRootsOne to 200,000+ users across 6,000+ companies globally, with 4,000 to 6,000 new users weekly. Shortlisted for "Construction Software of the Year" at the London Construction Awards. Owned full-cycle development across 8 integrated modules; led 6-month Agile transformation cutting release cycle times by 25%; restructured the company from organic to matrix.

Founded and led the first Autodesk Training & Certification Center in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Trained 800+ engineers across BIM, GIS, 3D modelling, and visualization; consulted 70+ private companies, government institutions, and municipalities on BIM and GIS adoption. Designed a 4-month digital architectural design programme covering AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Rhino, and Grasshopper 3D. 10× Autodesk Certified Professional. Co-authored Springer-published research on CAD-GIS-BIM (2017).
