- Implementation of HR Shared Services solution across the EMEA region (customer group of over 6.500 employees) - Specialist for HR and Recruitment in UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Middle East and - Organising interviews, job posting, issuing offer packs and monitoring the background screening process - Advise in queries such as contractual terms and conditions, benefits, total rewards packages, compensation, performance management, allowances, corporate and country specific policies

- Processing queries received by e-mail or by telephone - Providing customers with product and service information - Route calls to appropriate resource - Handle and resolve customer complaints

- Secretarial and office administration duties - Reviewer of employee contracts and filing system to accommodate an increase of 50 employees to 200 - Strategic planning and analysis of holiday entitlement and contractual hours for over 200 employees - Liaising regularly with government offices and private companies - Supplying vital counselling for issues such as maternity leave, grievance procedures etc. - Logistical organisation of company cars
