What am I doing? I help businesses around the world to create a better working world. Why am I doing it? I believe that a better working world will make people happier. Those people will then elevate the society they are living in as a whole. How am I doing it? Guiding organisations in their interventions to organise themselves for complexity. By introducing the BetaCodex Principles and in collaboration with red42 in Germany it's now available to all businesses!

Responsibilities: • Working with the Head of Learning & Development to identify, develop and manage learning & development initiatives that enable the achievement of Sovereign’s strategy and vision. • Support the development of a learning culture through the scoping, design and facilitation of best practice learning.

Training Customer Service staff on products, processes, procedures, business rules and job related soft skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain an effective induction programme - Develop and maintain an effective Continuing Education Programme for existing staff. - Research and recommend enhancements to training programmes and ensure they meet best practice standards. - Ensure training documentation and materials are up to date. - Maintain training records and results across Customer

- Designing corporate team development & leadership training programmes. - Delivering appropriately prescribed programmes. - Effectively supervising the staff of North Shore Leisure. - Leading and developing a team environment that maximises the skills and experience of the staff.
