Responsible for the community building for a brand new (saddly unreleased) title. This included preparation for all potential platforms, medias and languages needed to reach our players and interact with them. As the Lead Comunity Manager I also trained and manage a team of community managers, morderators and volunteers.
Responsible for all social networks and forums of GoodGame Studios for the French speaking communities : - Management of 11 forums (15 board moderators, about a 100 000 users) - Localized management of 11 facebook pages - Focal point for VIP CRM program - Project manager for the "Forum continuous improvement and Community expansion" - Focal point for forum events and communication solutions - Bi-weekly translations of English content into French - Daily support to forum users and players.
