Providing Level-2 support for operations, implementation and troubleshooting of IP/MPLS backbone and Internet Gateway (ISP) data part for Ooredoo. Executing work order which includes making a plan for pre and post checks, making configurations scripts, troubleshooting and fall back procedures. Monitoring and ensuring the network KPIs for MPBN/NGTN and ISP. Managing Peering relationships. Liaising with various vendors for escalation design/product related issues.

Network Resource management, planning & designing Preparation of technical documentation like the LLD&HLD for IP/MPLS based Core Network infrastructure and services. Technically evaluating High and low level design changes for IP/MPLS network and Network Modernization Project (for Mega RFQ, supporting 2G & 3G network). Network capacity planning and taking necessary measures for MPBN.

Configuring and troubleshooting of BGP, MPLS Layer 2/3 VPNs, IS- IS & OSPF. Providing technical support for complex routing issues (LAN & WAN) to the FTTH & DSL customers. Liaising with various vendors (Cisco/Alcatel) for tickets resolution and troubleshooting Network Supervision of TAC team and Core-TAC Team Supervision of Quality Assurance Team Member of interview panel for New hiring and promotions

LAN/WAN troubleshooting & Maintenance. Lecture to third year & final year Computer System Engineering Dept. Assistant to Chairman Mechanical Dept. for final year project. Installing, Testing and Maintaining of Video Conferencing Lab
