The major objective of the Head of Project Performance Management (PPM, formerly Programme Management) is to develop, deploy and manage an efficient, yet lean programme management organization, enabling the PDTLeader and himself to have full visibility and management control over the complete organization. Includes Project Management, Budget, Resources, Planning, Risk Management and Process, Methods and Tools.

Cross-program focal point for A/C-level system integration in Airbus Germany. Develop, adapt and implement A/C-level xxRD processes for Cabin and Cargo Customization. Development of 3D System Architectures and their integration at A/C Level. Process and quality assurance. Assurance of system installation/integration requirement fulfillment in integrated aircraft. Cooperation with installation, safety, maintenance and other fields. Development and training of Process, Methods and Tools.

Full-time graduate in joint lean manufacturing project for Boeing and ASCO. Both are suppliers of hard-metal A/C parts. Process analysis of engineering and production processes. Analysis of internal supply chains. Improvement of assembly line using lean manufacturing techniques. Improvement of quality control and assurance. Study on feasibility of “moving line” application in assembly. Managing the implementation of proposals. Mobilization of work floor staff for reorganization of processes.
