- Overdelivered on 2016 operating profit target for long-term service contracts by 120% by leading various productivity initiatives and two ~$100M contract renegotiations - Developed standardized tool to evaluate financials of contract renegotiations allowing for real time scenario analysis speeding up decision making - Rolled out long-term service contract risk assessment tools to newly integrated sub-businesses, e.g. contract termination risk, deferred revenue exposure

- Delivered on quarterly and annual cost targets for corporate budgets (+$200MM) without exception, by building financial analysis tools and putting in place monthly performance reviews that allowed quicker corrective actions for budget leaders - Built and led world class FP&A shared services team of 30 people - Created high-performance team culture leading to formal team recognitions by senior GE leaders and 7 band promotions within the team

- Developed business plan for 2014 software growth strategy, achieving incremental investment to build a regional direct sales and channel management structure - Implemented process improvements to drive commercial growth: commercial risk review process, sales and orders forecasting tool, shipping risk analysis, management package (KPIs), daily commercial performance report - Reorganized and integrated two regional Finance teams to align to commercial growth

- Led the budgeting and analysis of 4 P&Ls across EMEA (2011 revenue: $139MM) - Developed business plan together with GM to grow Germany business 7 times by 2014; developed tactical growth initiatives and inorganic plays including target evaluation - Improved sales forecasting accuracy by implementing a risk assessment tool with supply chain - Performed regional profitability analysis triggering realignment of the European sales strategy
