Working on Bills of materials from customers schedules to finished product. Working with spreadsheets and Excel to produce detailed and accurate bills of materials for all required products to meet customer/manufacturing specifications and requirements. Maintaining BOM integrity throughout, liaising with both internal and external engineers on part changes and updates throughout entire process from design to implementation.

Maintaining Bill of Materials through to revisions and maintain accurate schedules and launch activities. Update operating system and investigate any abnormalities and routing errors with Engineers and through Supply chain as required. Source accurate information and keep data accuracy with BOM integrity and supplier schedules paramount. Liaising with Both Customer and supplier contacts and support final assembly with flow of components through the manufacturing and assembly processes.

To Assess vehicles meet DVP allocated tasks, Check and Co-ordinate ‘TT’ & ‘PP’ build phase vehicles meet saleable condition. Organise and control parts supply to meet vehicle updates correctly and in time. Utilising Parts Bill of materials matrix, Liaising with engineers to determine part compatibility. Highlight shortages and monitor parts supply and offer resource opportunities to meet build. Check and monitor updates and overall BOM Management through program phases.
