Anite Handset Testing is one of the market leading companies in it's segment. I was in charge of operations (mainly business development, marketing, sales and customer support) in the area from Japan to Singapore and China to Australia.

Voluntary activity to promote business between Japan and Finland. Auditor FY2001, Board Member FY2002, Vice President FY2003, President FY2004 to FY2008. During Presidency completely renewed the Board's working methods and work sharing and revitalized the membership operations.

Rebuilt the business for wireless telecom testing equipment, organization and representative relations in the developed Asia Pacific market. Multiplied sales volume.

Established sales function for the Japanese and Korean markets. Drove the change of the corporate's largest purchacing operation into sourcing activities. Gained corporate's highest employee job satisfaction ratings for two consecutive years.

Opened and developed Elektrobit's first office in Asia. Created sales, support and engineering teams for the Japanese and Korean markets. Built strong relation to biggest global distributor.
