*Planning, developing and executing international sales strategies *Responsible from product positioning in the market ,executing the advertising activities of the products, internationally. *Doing regular field visits to current clients and finding new clients, achieving sales budget targets *Managing portfolio and gaining new customers in the market, representing the company in international fairs, *Working with the Production and R&D Team to manage and ensure customer satisfaction

*Developing, executing, and maintaining international strategy/process and sales of products related to firearms and power back-up industry *Develop and maintain customer executive relationships and maintain profit building processes. *Develop lead associates to ensure international sales efforts meet company goals.

*Commercial responsible of the current distribution network management (AFRICA) *Visiting international and national and sectoral fairs in order to acquire new potential customers and to analyze the market in the country closely, *To bring new customers to the company to ensure business continuity, *Preparing price offers, follow-up and register manufacturing orders *Making market forecasts for the following year

*Commercial responsible of the current distribution network management (LATIN AMERICA, MIDDLE EAST, EUROPE) *Monitoring customer feedbacks and complaints and give information to the Production Department *Ensuring smooth coordinations with Ministry of National Defence and Police Department *Preparing monthly reports about current sales to Export Manager

*Preparing Electro Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) (obligatory for African Countries) *Monthly reporting to the responsible area (Italy)

*Planning of weekly work schedule, *Reporting evalulation of employee performance, customer satisfaction and complaints
