In this role I am responsible for supporting the Group Analytics MT in their leadership responsibilities, acting as a change & culture ambassador, and actively striving for excellence across the team. Focussing on fostering member engagement, well-being & development and attracting top-tier talent in the areas of data science, -engineering, and analytics that will strengthen the department.

As Manager of the Talent Acquisition team, I was responsible for the daily management of 7 individuals. They played a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract exceptional people - aligning with our core values. This was during a phase of hypergrowth.

As part of the Global COE Talent Acquisition team I am supporting our 30 countries to fill their senior management vacancies. I manage the end-to-end Recruitment process for our Executive positions, the Commercial (CCO) and the Risk (CRO) domain.
