As a Store Consultant I’m in charge of selling the services the company provides for its costumers (B2C and B2B), both mobile by means of SIM cards and Wi-Fi/FTTH. I support costumers throughout the activation process of their new SIM and/or the Wi-Fi, pre and post sale. I also give assistance in case of problems, trying always to solve the problem in the fastest way possible and making sure that the costumer is satisfied with the service.
