• Manage demand planning for constructing demand for Mobile Products Division for 12 months’ timeline • Manage the weekly / monthly / yearly sales forecast process • Ensure the sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history • Prepare, maintain and publish new launch sell thru reports to monitor and assess performance and trend • Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies

• Manage the process of gathering data from all internal and external sources and creating an accurate weekly, monthly and annual sales forecast • Provide Sales & Operation Planning with proper sales estimates (Monthly / Quarterly) • Adjust demand planning estimates for short term activities and problem solving • Prepare and present product line analytics to sales team to assist them in decision making and identifying areas for growth

• Disclose and redirect pertinent information to the Sales Department in time for healthy intra- and extra-firm business organization • Provide the sales team with daily, weekly and monthly sales analyses • Provide the Human Resources Department with metrics for evaluation of personnel goals and rewards • Control and handle product stocks and generate reports • Follow national and regional competition shows of interest to the company and disclose any result with value

• Administration of a CRM-related database system (COMET) for efficient organization of customer contact information and competitor data retrieval; operating under the Sales Development Department, Marketing Directorate • System update and maintenance of integrity of customer information through close contact with the sales team • Provide monthly analyses for shaping the strategies and priorities of the sales team and for performance evaluation
