- Detailed cross commodity analysis of Vietnamese supplier market. - Examining the suitability of various suppliers for the production of Eisenmann systems - Researching the local price level - Making a comparison with other suppliers in Asia to find the best suppliers - Assessing and compiling information and intelligence into marketable forecasts - Executing and evaluating requests for quotation addressed to suppliers

- Finding and checking information, using sources such as the internet, libraries and newspaper to process, update and enrich the database of Hugin based on the target groups. - Up-to-dating analysis of international mainstream media for Hugin projects.

- Communicate daily with buyers and vendors on order details. - Accompany buyers to visit vendors and factories in their buying trips. - Place orders to vendors on behalf of buyers. Check order details including quality, quantity, delivery and price that have been confirmed by buyers. - Negotiate with vendors on price and discount. - Prepare debit note to settle sample charges, in market expense & claims. - Prepare inspection file for Quality Assurance Department.

- Interface with customers, sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions - Manage customer expectations on order delivery, maintaining regular communication with the customer in relation to all supply chain issues effecting order delivery. - Cover all aspects of Export documentation involved in expediting orders - Deal with customers complaints and enquiries - Accurately input daily all customer orders into the computerised order processing system
