Hiring, developing and managing a team of four HR Consultants. Spread the culture and procedures of the company among the team members, setting up guidelines and process as per quality commitment of the company. Responsible for the commercial management of the area, increasing sales and achieving committed results. Overall responsibility for the effective running of the office.

Recruiting and hiring temporary and non temporary staff for customers. Responsible for client contact on a daily basis. Recruitment interviews and reports, managing 100-150 temp contracts per month, application of legal and labor risks prevention processes. Supporting in sales actions and meetings.
