B2B customer support in EMEA Volume Licensing department of Microsoft. Handle support tickets of businesses, MS partners and MS resellers in Greek (10%) and English (90%). Assist with the activation of accounts, licenses and products, respond to inquiries and inform on the features and functions of products-licenses, provide T1 technical support and troubleshoot, escalate issues to T2, provide feedback on requests and updates on status of case, transfer cases to appropriate department.

B2B and B2C customer support, sales order management, interaction with suppliers, assisting with the purchase of products/ services, as well as the distributors so as products are delivered on time, accounting related tasks such as billing, invoice issue and record, VAT returns, payment transactions handling, raising of credit/debit notes and reconciliation of accounts, updating the CRM database, month-end closing and reporting activities and ad hoc clerical tasks.
