• Act as a Business Partner to the Country Managers and BoD members • Team Leader level (10 people) responsibility for Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Digital Health, and Local Non-Interventional Studies • Formulate Strategy and Action Plans for areas of responsibility aligning to the corporate strategic direction and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of Projects and Offerings. • Business Development for all areas of responsibility

-Act as IT Business Partner to the General Manager and Leadership Team -Responsibility for IT, in a matrix setup, including Business IT initiatives (CRM, BI, Digital), Collaboration, and User Services -Lead a team of employees through aligning to strategic direction and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of tasks based on agreed IT processes, standards and tools. -Regional Project Manager (Europe) for Digital -Project Executive for local Business IT, Business Excellence and Digital initiatives

- Coordinate Business Excellence Development (in the context of European Action Plan). - Act as Stakeholder (responsibility for local / participation in regional projects & teams). - Interact with business for gathering requirements and monitoring Business Excellence exploitation. - Coordinate further exploitation of Business Technology, as per Business Excellence Action Plan

- Act as Business Partner (BRM) to the General Manager and Leadership Team - Responsibility for Business Excellence (CRM, Digital, and Customer Account Planning) - Development and Evaluation of relevant strategies, tactics and business processes - Lead a team of employees through aligning to strategic direction and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of tasks - Project management/leadership for local projects – initiatives
